What makes BVB International Academy different?
We are an official partner of Borussia Dortmund in Germany. Our players train using the "Dortmund Way"—a holistic methodology focused on technical skill, tactical intelligence, and physical conditioning, all built on a foundation of character and respect[cite: 5].
When and where are tryouts held?
Evaluations are held at Luther Jackson Middle School (3020 Gallows Rd, Falls Church, VA). We encourage players to attend multiple sessions to ensure a fair evaluation.

What should my player bring?
Please arrive 15 minutes early to check in. Every player needs soccer cleats, shin guards, an appropriately sized ball, and plenty of water.
How are teams formed?
We typically field multiple teams per age group to ensure every player is in an environment where they can be both challenged and successful.
What is the "New Era" on July 1st?
On July 1st, 2026, the transition becomes official. This is when we move into new PUMA BVB kits and migrate all operations to the centralized BVB International Academy portal.
